Not far, but far above the most beautiful beaches of the island, you can enjoy relaxation, serenity and peace of mind. Perched in a natural valley beside the village of Chamarel, the exclusive lodges of this tropical hideaway are scattered in a perfect garden and provide all the comforts and luxuries required for your dream-island holiday. Featuring all amenities, the lavishly-equipped units each have their own private veranda. Special gadgets, gifts and features like complimentary citronella oil, a range of free natural cosmetics and the romantically lamp lit poolside, make each stay at Lakaz Chamarel a special one.

Kept in charming Creole style, each unit represents a specific island theme, which is reflected in any detail of its vibrant and colourful furnishings. Guests have a large garden and a pool to relax and enjoy. Meals are prepared local style by a seasoned chef and served in the dining area or by the poolside.

As Lakaz Chamarel fosters ecotourism, the lodges are mostly built with natural materials.

The 20 lodges come in 4 varieties, with a Standard Lodge and Kaz Supreme sharing the pool and the restaurant, whereas the Garden Suite, Piton Canot, and Seaview Suites all have their own private pool and, in order to enjoy utmost privacy, can have their meals served on their own terrace or in the shade of the gazebo.
